अब वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के जरिए उपभोक्ता रख सकेंगे अपना पक्ष; रायपुर में ई-हियरिंग प्रणाली शुरू

उपभोक्ताओं की सुविधा बढ़ाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने राज्य के जिला उपभोक्ता आयोगों में ई-हियरिंग प्रणाली शुरू की है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य उपभोक्ताओं पर से बोझ कम करना है, जिन्हें पहले कानूनी कार्यवाही के लिए आयोगों के कई चक्कर लगाने पड़ते थे। खाद्य, नागरिक आपूर्ति और उपभोक्ता संरक्षण मंत्री दयालदास बघेल ने रायपुर के पंडरी स्थित राज्य उपभोक्ता फोरम कार्यालय में इस नई प्रणाली का उद्घाटन किया, जो उपभोक्ता विवाद समाधान को आधुनिक बनाने में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

ई-हियरिंग की शुरुआत के साथ, उपभोक्ता अब वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से कहीं से भी कार्यवाही में सक्रिय रूप से भाग ले सकेंगे और अपने तर्क प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे, जिससे उनके बहुमूल्य समय और धन की बचत होगी। यह सुविधा, जो शुरू में राज्य उपभोक्ता आयोग में इसके कार्यान्वयन के बाद रायपुर जिला उपभोक्ता आयोग में शुरू की गई है, तेजी से विस्तार के लिए तैयार है। सरकार अगले 15 दिनों के भीतर बिलासपुर, दुर्ग और जगदलपुर जैसे प्रमुख केंद्रों सहित 17 अन्य जिलों में इस उपयोगकर्ता-अनुकूल प्रणाली का विस्तार करने की योजना बना रही है, जिससे पूरे छत्तीसगढ़ में न्याय तक व्यापक पहुंच सुनिश्चित होगी। इस डिजिटल परिवर्तन से विवाद समाधान प्रक्रिया को सुव्यवस्थित होने और इसे सभी के लिए अधिक कुशल और सुलभ बनाने की उम्मीद है।

In a significant move towards enhancing consumer convenience, the Chhattisgarh government has rolled out an e-hearing system in the state’s District Consumer Commissions. This initiative aims to alleviate the burden on consumers, who previously had to make multiple visits to the commissions for legal proceedings. The new system, inaugurated by Minister of Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection, Dayaldas Baghel, at the State Consumer Forum office in Pandri, Raipur, marks a pivotal step in modernizing consumer dispute resolution.

With the advent of e-hearings, consumers can now actively participate in proceedings and present their arguments remotely through video conferencing, saving valuable time and money. This facility, initially launched in the Raipur District Consumer Commission following its implementation at the State Consumer Commission, is set for rapid expansion. The government plans to extend this user-friendly system to 17 other districts, including major centers like Bilaspur, Durg, and Jagdalpur, within the next 15 days, ensuring wider accessibility to justice across Chhattisgarh. This digital transformation is expected to streamline the resolution process, making it more efficient and accessible for all.
