नया रायपुर का दायरा बढ़ा, 28 गांवों को मिलेगा चार गुना मुआवजा, विकास में बनेगी किसानों की भागीदारी

नया रायपुर: छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने नया रायपुर क्षेत्र के किसानों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया है, जिससे अब राजधानी क्षेत्र का दायरा बढ़ेगा और 28 शेष गांवों को भूमि अधिग्रहण पर चार गुना मुआवजा मिलेगा। यह फैसला उन किसानों के लिए बड़ी राहत लेकर आया है जो लंबे समय से इस मांग को उठा रहे थे। नया रायपुर विकास प्राधिकरण (एनआरडीए) के अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यह लाभ केवल उन किसानों को मिलेगा जिनकी भूमि का अधिग्रहण अभी तक नहीं हुआ है।

यह अधिग्रहण केवल परिसंपत्तियों के लिए होगा, जो भूमि अधिग्रहण कानून 2013 की धारा 26 के तहत ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में चार गुना मुआवजे के प्रावधान को सुनिश्चित करता है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, इस कदम से लंबित भूमि अधिग्रहण मामलों में तेजी आएगी, जिससे विकास परियोजनाओं की गति में रुकावटें दूर होंगी। एनआरडीए के परियोजना प्रबंधक कैलाश वर्मा ने बताया कि यह निर्णय कृषि भूमि पर निर्भर किसानों के भविष्य को ध्यान में रखकर लिया गया है। चार गुना मुआवजा देकर, सरकार केवल भूमि नहीं ले रही है, बल्कि किसानों को विकास प्रक्रिया में भागीदार बना रही है, जिससे पारदर्शिता और किसानों की सहमति सुनिश्चित होगी।

Naya Raipur: The Chhattisgarh government has made a significant decision concerning farmers in the Naya Raipur region, which will now expand the capital’s scope and ensure four-fold compensation for land acquisition in 28 remaining villages. This ruling brings substantial relief to farmers who have long advocated for this demand. Officials from the Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA) have clarified that this benefit will exclusively go to those farmers whose land acquisition has not yet been completed.

This acquisition will be asset-based, ensuring compliance with Section 26 of the Land Acquisition Act 2013, which mandates four times compensation for rural areas. According to officials, this move will expedite pending land acquisition cases, thereby removing hindrances to the pace of development projects. Kailash Verma, Project Manager at NRDA, stated that this decision was made with the future of farmers dependent on agricultural land in mind. By offering four times the compensation, the government is not merely acquiring land but also ensuring farmers’ participation in the development process, thereby promoting transparency and securing their consent.
