रायपुर में मानव तस्करी रैकेट का भंडाफोड़: नाबालिगों को फर्जी शादी व दस्तावेज़ों के जरिए बेचा जाता था

छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी रायपुर में एक बड़े मानव तस्करी रैकेट का पर्दाफाश हुआ है, जो नाबालिग लड़कियों को झांसा देकर फर्जी शादी और दस्तावेज़ों के सहारे बेचने का घिनौना धंधा कर रहा था। इस रैकेट की जड़ें मध्य प्रदेश तक फैली हैं, जहां से शामिल महिलाएं गिरोह का संचालन कर रही थीं। लड़कियों को काम या मकान दिखाने के बहाने बहलाया जाता था, फिर उनकी जबरन शादी करवाई जाती और नकली पहचान पत्र बनाकर उन्हें दूसरे राज्यों में बेचा जाता।

पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार, रायपुर से अब तक 541 नाबालिगों की गुमशुदगी दर्ज की गई है, जिनमें से 512 को बरामद कर लिया गया है, जबकि 449 अभी भी लापता हैं। हाल ही के मामलों में 25 जनवरी को 17 वर्षीय किशोरी के लापता होने के बाद उसकी 16 वर्षीय सहेली भी गायब हो गई। इसी तरह, 13 मार्च को खम्हारडीह से 17 साल की लड़की और 23 मई को फाफाडीह से 11 वर्षीय बच्ची लापता हुई।

इस गिरोह की क्रूरता उस समय उजागर हुई जब एक पीड़िता ने अपनी कहानी साझा की। उसे करियर बनाने का सपना दिखाकर फंसाया गया, फिर एक कमरे में 24 दिन तक बंद कर रखा गया। इस दौरान उसे लगातार शारीरिक और मानसिक यातनाएं दी गईं। आखिरकार, उसे 5 लाख रुपये में बेच दिया गया। पीड़िता ने कई बार आत्महत्या की कोशिश की लेकिन विफल रही। 30 मार्च को वह किसी तरह अपने भाई से संपर्क कर पाई, जिसके बाद 1 अप्रैल को पुलिस ने उसे छुड़ाकर मुख्य आरोपी बाबूलाल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

पुलिस अब इस रैकेट के अन्य सदस्यों और पीड़िताओं की तलाश में जुटी है। पूछताछ जारी है और पूरे नेटवर्क की गहन जांच की जा रही है।

A major human trafficking racket has been uncovered in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, where minor girls were lured and sold through fake marriages and forged documents. The racket, operated primarily by women from Madhya Pradesh, used deceptive tactics to trap vulnerable girls. They were taken under the pretense of showing them homes or offering jobs, forcibly married, and then sold to other states using fake identity papers.

According to police sources, a total of 541 minor girls have been reported missing from Raipur so far. Of these, 512 have been recovered, but 449 are still untraceable. In recent incidents, a 17-year-old girl went missing on January 25, followed by her 16-year-old friend. On March 13, another 17-year-old girl disappeared from Khamhardih, and on May 23, an 11-year-old girl went missing from Fafadih.

The horrific nature of the racket came to light when a rescued survivor shared her ordeal. Promised a bright career, she was confined to a room for 24 days, during which she endured constant physical and mental torture. Eventually, she was sold for Rs 5 lakh (approximately $6,000). The girl attempted suicide several times but survived. On March 30, she somehow managed to contact her brother, who immediately alerted the police. She was rescued on April 1, and the prime accused, Babulal, was arrested.

Police are continuing their investigation to trace other victims and identify more members of the trafficking network. Interrogations are ongoing, and authorities are digging deeper into the gang’s operations.
