रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़: छत्तीसगढ़ में पुलिसकर्मियों की शनिवार की छुट्टी समाप्त कर दी गई है। पुलिस महानिदेशक के निर्देश पर पुलिस मुख्यालय (पीएचक्यू) से जारी एक नए सर्कुलर के अनुसार, लंबित मामलों के समयबद्ध निपटारे को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए यह निर्णय लिया गया है।

पुलिसकर्मी, जो पहले से ही छुट्टियों की कमी से जूझ रहे हैं, उनके लिए यह फैसला एक बड़े झटके जैसा आया है। इस कदम से ड्यूटी पर तैनात जवानों पर काम का बोझ और बढ़ सकता है।

इसी बीच, भूपेश बघेल सरकार द्वारा लागू की गई पांच-दिवसीय कार्य सप्ताह प्रणाली पर भी संकट के बादल मंडरा रहे हैं। सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर है कि पांच-दिवसीय सप्ताह की समीक्षा की जा रही है। ऐसी चर्चा है कि पुलिस विभाग में द्वितीय और चतुर्थ शनिवार को छुट्टी देने वाली पुरानी व्यवस्था को फिर से बहाल किया जा सकता है। यह बदलाव पुलिस बल में कार्यक्षमता और मनोबल दोनों को प्रभावित कर सकता है। इस निर्णय का उद्देश्य पुलिसिंग को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाना है, लेकिन इसका जवानों की व्यक्तिगत दिनचर्या पर सीधा असर पड़ेगा।
