खाद्य विभाग की बड़ी कार्रवाई: पांच जिलों में अमानक उत्पादों पर शिकंजा, 17 लाख का जुर्माना

रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़: प्रदेशभर में खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग ने बड़ी मुहिम छेड़ी है। सोमवार को बालोद, बेमेतरा, राजनांदगांव, दुर्ग और कवर्धा समेत पांच जिलों में व्यापक स्तर पर छापे मारे गए। विभाग की टीमों को अमानक गुणवत्ता वाले और भ्रामक लेबलिंग वाले उत्पादों की बिक्री की लगातार शिकायतें मिल रही थीं, जिसके बाद यह कार्रवाई की गई।

निरीक्षण के दौरान होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, पैकेज्ड ड्रिंकिंग वॉटर प्लांट और विभिन्न निर्माण इकाइयों सहित बड़ी संख्या में प्रतिष्ठानों की गहन जांच की गई और सैंपल एकत्र किए गए। बेमेतरा जिले में विशेष रूप से मिठाई की दुकानें, किराना स्टोर, दूध उत्पाद विक्रेता और बर्फ फैक्ट्रियां भी जांच के दायरे में आईं। इस अभियान में सात प्रतिष्ठानों पर कुल 17 लाख रुपये का भारी जुर्माना लगाया गया। साथ ही, बिना पंजीकरण के उत्पाद बेचने और मिलावटखोरी में लिप्त पाए गए लोगों के खिलाफ न्यायालय में प्रकरण दर्ज किए गए हैं। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री श्यामा बिहारी जायसवाल ने दोहराया कि राज्य सरकार नागरिकों को सुरक्षित, शुद्ध और गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कटिबद्ध है, और इस संबंध में कोई भी लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

Raipur, Chhattisgarh: The Food and Drug Administration Department has launched a major campaign across the state to ensure the quality of food products. On Monday, extensive raids were conducted in five districts, including Balod, Bemetara, Rajnandgaon, Durg, and Kawardha. The department’s teams had been continuously receiving complaints about the sale of substandard and misleadingly labeled products, leading to this action.

During the inspection, a large number of establishments, including hotels, restaurants, packaged drinking water plants, and various manufacturing units, were thoroughly investigated, and samples were collected. In Bemetara district, sweet shops, grocery stores, milk product vendors, and ice factories, in particular, also came under scrutiny. In this campaign, a hefty fine of ₹17 lakh was imposed on seven establishments. Additionally, cases have been filed in court against those found selling products without registration and engaging in adulteration. Health Minister Shyama Bihari Jaiswal reiterated that the state government is committed to providing safe, pure, and quality food items to its citizens, and no negligence in this regard will be tolerated.
